Greater Nashua Growth & Healing Center
The Greater Nashua Growth & Healing Center is a nonprofit charitable organization comprised of a group of volunteers who are trained through a mentoring program. They are ready, willing, and able to assist others interested in learning and growing.

respect
A couples 10 week study based on the Word of God, changing the way couples talk to, think about, and treat each other. Experience marriage the way God intended.
Materials fee $45 per couple.

BOUNDARIES
An 9-week study based on the best selling book Boundaries by Dr's Henry Cloud & John Townsend.
This class offers help in establishing healthy boundaries.
Materials fee $25.

anger management
A 12-step approach to developing healthy and effective skills to express and control anger. Includes workbook, lectures, and small group interaction in a 13-week seminar.
Materials fee $20.

griefshare & loss
​A 13-week program designed to assist people in adjusting to a significant loss in life, such as a loved one. Learn how grief affects you and those around you, as well as healthy ways to process feelings and heal emotionally in a support group atmosphere.

Who is involved?
Our group leaders are individuals who have prior experience with the seminar and the course materials involved. Like yourself, they have experienced life’s challenges and have a desire to help others overcome and improve their lives through these programs. They should be considered “Peer Caregivers” and not professional counselors.
When does it start?
Each program runs on roughly a semester basis; please email growthandhealing@gmail.com to find out more about the program that interest you.
What does it cost?
All of our programs are free of cost to the participant. Some of the seminars do utilize workbooks and these materials should be purchased by those attending at the first class.
How can I make a connection?
We continually monitor the need for various programs and schedule them accordingly.

Anger Management
A 13-week course helping you to navigate Anger in healthy ways. This class starts Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 7:00-8:30pm. Class materials fee: $20. -
Divorce Care
This class will be held on Wednesdays from 7:00-8:30pm starting September 16, 2026. It is a 13-week program. Class materials can be ordered through divorcecare.org Materials Fee approximately $25. -
GriefShare
This class will be held on Thursdays from 7:00-8:30pm starting September 17, 2026. This is a 13-week program. Class materials can be ordered through griefshare.org. Materials Fee approximately $25. -
Financial Budgeting
This is a single class offered for free in September 2026 from 6:30 - 8:30pm. Just sign up and bring a pencil and notebook. Starting date to be announced. We will have additional classes in the coming months so please stay tuned and we will keep you posted. -
Love & Respect
This class will be held on Wednesday's from 7:00-8:30pm and will be starting September 16, 2026. It is a 10-week course for couples. Class materials fee is $45. -

Next semester will be announced as we offer Beyond Boundaries this semester. -
New - Beyond Boundaries
This 7-week class will help you to navigate trust issues after a great trauma/betrayal. This class will be held Thursday, September 17, 2026 from 7:00-8:30pm. Materials fee: $35.
