FARMERS TO FAMILIES
USDA is partnering with farmers, distributors, and non-profit organizations to ensure that families have access to the fresh and wholesome food during the COVID-19 national emergency.
Our church will be distributing food boxes on Saturdays
during the month of April.
If you wish to get involved, please sign up by clicking below. Volunteers should arrive at the parking lot on 53 Franklin St., Nashua, at 10 am. The plan is to distribute 1100 boxes of food, each weighing 30 pounds. Volunteers should be able to lift
at least 30 pounds. Food distribution ends at or before 3 pm.
Job Descriptions:
- Set up (moving tables from the church to the parking lots,
setting up food boxes on tables)
- Traffic flow (Carpooling and directing traffic) -
- Food distribution (Bring the boxes to the drive by zone)
- Flyers - Passing out flyers
